I really appreciate the care that both Ethan (HVAC) and Kenny (Plumbing) took in assessing my repair needs and explaining my options. Not only were they both extremely polite and professional, but I never once felt that they were trying to up-sale me for more than I needed. As a result, I will use Triple Play for any of my HVAC and plumbing needs from now on. And, since I like to one stop shop, I’m hoping that they will eventually add electrical repair to their list of services too.
Our heater went out just before Thanksgiving and was able to reach out to Triple Play late afternoon. I received a call to set an appointment for the morning. 30 minutes later got a call about an availability that night free of after hours fees. Justin came out explained the process in a very knowledgeable and profession manner. Ultimately my heater needed replaced, so Justin made a call and got us an appointment for the very next day first thing in the morning!! Austin & Bryson came by for the install with an estimated 2-3 hour replacement and we’re done in 2.5. They not only did the install but made some nice adjustments to the plumbing for future maintenance. They very professional and left the place as clean as they came and answered all the questions I had about proper care and maintaining the new unit with expert advice. Definitely found the place to go with all future heat & air needs…with an added bonus of mentioning their new plumbing service if I ever need it.

Arrive here at the customer's house..did the member ship inspection start doing the water heater tank. Start flushing it didn't realize that it was over 20 years old. So the valve on it needed a new sale. So I put a new cell on in the water heater tank is working good now
arrived for member ship inspection. Check the faucets the water valve Bathroom water stops and pawn this and pond.Er inspection did not notice any issues at this time.It does have a ten year old water heater was in good shape
Floor furnace tuneup today. Cleaned the furnace and checked for carbon monoxide.
This House hasn't been heating and cooling properly after running my camera down the duct work there was so much blockage from debris.
Today on a Goodman unit I performed a Gas furnace safety check. After thoroughly going through the unit I noticed dog hair everywhere, so I put my camera down the return vent and it was a lot of dog hair. Keep those ducts and vents clean for the overall performance of the unit.
Arrived on site to do a routine single system heating maintenance tuneup, checking all electrical components for proper efficiency and safety checking all safety components doing a CO test to check for dangerous gases being admitted into the home found a couple parts that could preventatively be changed to keep the system running through the winter months this seasongoing to recommend to change the igniter in the flame sensor

I worked on an annual safety, check, and hot water tank flush for a customer to ensure safety and peace of mind during the upcoming winter season. I checked the furnace, air conditioner, and hot water tank for any leaks or unsafe equipment.
I was dispatched to a Lennox 13/80 system for a no-cooling call. Upon arrival, I found a broken drain line connection on the coil. I put together some solutions to help the customer get him fixed up.
Arrived on site to repair a whirlybird roof flashing, that was damaged due to high winds. Had to get it done before the big storm. To not let rain water damage the home.also made repairs on her Flame sensor safety device, and hot surface ignition system.
Today I did our annual hot water tank flush along with ensuring that there were no leaks on any fittings or stops around the house to give this customer peace of mind and feel safe this winter season knowing that everything is working as it should.
